The National Department of Social Development will host the National Community Development Policy Framework Conference on 12-14 May 2009 at Kopanong Hotel in Benoni, Gauteng. The theme for the conference is "Strengthening partnerships towards a unified approach to community development". Who should attend Representatives from provincial and national government departments including state –owned agencies, civil society organizations, local government structures, private sector organizations, academic and research institutions that are involved in community development.
