MINISTER DLAMINI CONFIRMS CONDONATION FOR LATE SUBMISSION TO THE CONCOURT Print E-mail

 Pretoria, 14 March 2017:  The Minister of Social Development, Ms Bathabile Dlamini can confirm that the Constitutional Court has ordered her to write an affidavit that there was an  application for condonation for late submission in filing the responses to the directive of March 8, 2017.
 

 

These responses were supposed to be filed by 4pm on March 13, 2017. The reasons for late submission are explained in the affidavit to the ConCourt.

The court ordered the same from Dr Wiseman Magasela and Ms Thamo Mzobe, who were serving as Acting CEOs of SASSA respectively.
