The Minister of Social Development, Ms Bathabile Dlamini, will interact with the media with regard to the outcome of the social grant payout tender in the North Gauteng High court.

This tender seek to assist with the distribution of social grants to more than 14, 8 million people who are comprised of vulnerable South Africans including older persons, war veterans and disabled persons. The tender further involve children who are beneficiaries of child support grants, foster care and care dependency grants.

Minister Dlamini will be accompanied by senior officials from the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA).
