How to complete the Determination of Workload in Social Welfare Services questionnaires

Two surveys will be conducted during the period 19 November to 19 January 2013. A survey to be completed by the Senior Managers of social welfare services on the current capacity within the organisations. Another survey for each of the different practitioner groups to collect information on the nature of work and factors influencing workload.

 Surveys can be completed online by access through the following links, which will also be published on the national website of the Department of Social Development.

 Manual copies can be obtained from provincial and regional/district coordinators in the Department of Social Development.  See the list for these coordinators and their contact details below.  The completed surveys must be delivered back to the same coordinators for courier collection.
